I have been experimenting for the last couple of weeks with intermittent fasting twice a week and I can notice a bit of fat loss, but I wonder how much that diet will affect my muscle gain, any thoughts on that?
The main reason for testing the intermittent fasting is that I am vegetarian, so regardless of how much care I take of my diet I always ingest more carbs than what I would like, hence, I decided to try with this technique and see if I can lose 2/3 kgs of fat while gaining muscle.
