Loss in muscle mass v water weight? & recovery

Past few months have had steady diet and been slowly bulking, with weight somewhere in the 170-172lb range as of October 8/9/10. That weekend, Oct 11 - 13, I caught some sort of stomach bug (couldn't keep any food down, puking/pissing/****ting all weekend) and lost ~10lbs (weighed myself Tues 15th at 162). I assumed that a good chunk of it was water weight and wasn't too fussed, with the assumption that within a week of my regular diet, I'd be back to ~170lb.

Unfortunately, Oct 18 I get the call to remove my tonsils. Today is Wednesday (23rd) and I have been on basically water/soup/smoothies/meal replacement for the past 5 days (tough to say but doubt I've broken 2k calories on any day, daily avg probably 1k cals at the max).

I haven't weighed myself yet but I wouldn't be surprised if I am in the 150 to 155lb range. Three questions:

- How much of this loss is water weight vs. legit muscle mass?
- Best way to approach getting the weight back? (other than the obvious - eating as much as possible)
- How long will it take me to get back to where I was ~2 weeks ago? (strength / size / cardio were all decent)
