I'm going trekking for 8 days and while we have breakfast, packed lunch and dinner I still think it won't be enough as I'll be burning 250kcal/h and we'll be walking for around 6h every day which makes it about 3000kcal
What food do you recommend I take? Maybe 5 protein bars and what else..
