I been going to gym about 6 days a week and I am seeing results but slowly and I know you're all going to tell me to rotate my work out but I don't know how to do that. I run on the threadmill as of right now 1 mile for 9:17 seconds which is faster then what I used to be able to run so thats a leap stone for me and now I bench 110 pounds 20 times 5 in between and rest for bout a minute or 2 in between which is still getting better because I used to be able to do 90 pounds 40 times 6 in between not counting the bench bar which I don't know.

I don't know whats good for me and whats not good for me. I do drink protein shakes also but not a lot and only 1 cup. Its the whey gold standard one. I don't eat pass 8 pm unless I am working late which I know is not good for me but you gotta do what you gotta do right? I rarely drink soda and mostly water but occasionally I do get a vanilla ice coffee from mcdonalds just bout 1 of that on some days. The most common thing I eat is ramen cup noodle 1 a day and some hard boil eggs and some meat with rice and veggies.
Like I did mention I am making progress however I am making it slowly so any advice?
