I made a previous thread about his same question but was unable to change the title as I mis wrote the weight fluctuation numbers. Its 2-2.2lbs a week not 1lb. So I was steadily decreasing my weight by 1lb a week roughly and now all of a sudden it has jumped to 2-2.2lb a week? I am eating the same sometimes slightly more but the weight is dropping quite a bit. I work 3 days a week sometimes mroe where I have to lift, load and pack and walk 10k steps a day. Any suggestion in what I should do here? I want it to be where I am losing 1lb a week so that I don't gain it back as fast and to avoid lose skin etc. Not sure how much more calories I should be eating ontop of my current deficit which is 1,580, cheers.
