So my macros are 56 g of carbs, 48 g of protein, and 19 g of fat. Do I have to eat this exact amount per meal or can I eat a little more or a little less than what the calculator says? I haven’t got a clear answer from anyone, not even a personal trainer. My caloric intake per meal is 578 c.
