Hi all just wondering what the difference would be in terms of body composition if you ate a diet full of nutrient dense food or a diet full of junk but hit the same macros. Would the results differ? I know from a health standpoint which option would be better and thats the way ive opted for but give me your opinions or even your experiences if youve tried both ways. Thanks
