I’m 5”8 my starting weight was 252 back in January of 2018. My calorie intake is around 1500-1700 a day I workout 4-5 days a week weight training. I was losing weight pretty good until I got 6 months in. Now my current weight is between 212-211lbs since May just recently I’ve started walking 4 miles a day with 30lbs vest after lifting weights in the morning still no change in weight.
