Hitting calories/protein with shakes? Advice

Hey guys, recently back on the boards after a long break.

As always im struggling to hit my calorie/protein targets through solid foods, i just havent got the time, patience or the stomach to eat so much

Im finding myself chugging 2 shakes a day recently, my questiona are is it okay to be getting 40-50% of my protein intake from whey alone?

Also any suggestions to adding calories/protein to my shakes? I've tried eggs and oats
