I've been lifting for 3 years but I never paid attention to my diet simply because I didn't know (yes I'm a solitary lifter). I plan on starting a new legit bodybuilding plan where I'd be in the gym every day. Can someone help me make a diet plan? I'm 6'1 and 190 lbs
