Hey, so basically quick summup on me, i'm 24yo, 175cm 57kg now
I'm mostly strugling to eat enough calories daily to gain mass, and recently I found out that some food like olive oil are really easy calories to take, more than carbs that usually reduce my energy/focus level if I take much, but obviously adding more food like that are gonna change my macros
So would it be ok if I endup at 20% prot 40% carbs 40% fat ? or that will hurt my muscle gains a lot compared to 20% prot 55%carbs 25%fat ?
