Stalling on squats - add calories or...?

Am currently doing 3x3 squats and add 10lb every time I hit 3x5 or add 250 calories if I don’t hit 3x5 in 4 leg days (2 weeks), whichever comes first

Is adding calories every 2 weeks of stalling too frequent? I am only at 235lb for 3x3 (6’2 180lb)
