I need snacks/small meal ideas in order to bulk up my current diet that is strictly dairy/gluten/legume/red meat-free and low sugar/sat fats
Currently on a daily basis I eat:
100g oats with almond milk for breakfast,
sweet potato, chicken breast, broccoli/cauliflower/carrots for lunch,
100g brown rice, a chicken breast, cauliflower, broccoli and carrots,
I have a handful of nuts after lunch and dinner with a banana or pear
Does anyone have any recommendations on foods (500+ calories) I can snack on after each meal
or a small meal I can have in between my current three meals?
in order to bulk up my calorie intake while avoiding my food restrictions (I need to follow because of health condition
im 5ft 10 and weigh 135lbs, so I am already underweight
- I fit three three times a week, Full body workout 45 mins
