Ok so I’m trying to get my moving average to make sure I’m gaining 0.5 a week and so far this week from Monday to Friday it’s been fairly consistent and close but the thing is I work overnights on Friday and Saturday night from 10pm-8am and when I got off at 8am today I weighed in and it had me at 139.8 and my bf% going up by 0.4%. Now idk if it’s because I had no sleep because I was at work obviously or why this one day was so far off. So I got some sleep today re weighed in and this time it’s 138.2. So on my weekends where I work overnights is this going to be when my weight is going to fluctuate a lot?
