I am 23 Female, I weigh 132, I am 5’2 and have a BF % of 26 I really want to get to 19%
I’ve been doing the Keto diet since August. I lost 29lbs the first three months. Now I’m stuck at 130 lbs (for two months) My BF% was at 38% when starting Keto, now it’s at 26%. I really want to focus on building muscle while also lowering my body fat percentage. I want to bulk without gaining belly fat.
What macros are optimal? I workout a minimum of 5 days a week (3 leg days, 2 upper body days) Occasionally I will do an ab/cardio day.
I was considering trying carb cycling. I would eat 200 clean carbs on my leg days. Then 20 net carbs on my upper body days (lazy Keto). Then fast my ab/cardio day. Please no harsh criticism I’m not an expert in nutrition or fitness.
Any advice is greatly appreciated:)
