So I’m trying to figure out my calories to lean bulk at 0.5 and was told to download happy scale and track for 2 weeks. Here are my numbers and I’m trying to figure it out if anyone can help me. So something to note is I work overnights on Friday and Saturday. I work from 10pm-8am and that’s when my weight fluctuates like crazy because i need to sleep when I get home so I don’t get to weigh in at the same time on Saturday and Sunday. It looks like I was gaining 0.5 in the middle of this week then I got to my overnight shifts and now it says 0.1 so it’s making it hard to understand what I’m looking at.
