Meal replacements...

This isn’t a “critique my diet” post, so no worries there guys...But just wondering what your thoughts are on the “MyProtein Diet Meal Replacement” shakes. I never touched this stuff until a few weeks ago when I got my braces...

It’s quite hard to chew things, and I have to take elastics out of my mouth to eat. So, when I’m at work I’ll go for a shake. I make it the nigjt before, do two scoops of the meal replacement shake, some natural peanut butter, Oates, and skimmed milk. It fills me up, and then when I’m home and go for pretty much the standard diet food, you know, egg whites, white fish, rice, etc. It’s hard to eat but I don’t mind at home because I can take my time.

The question is how bad is this for me...? I know it won’t ever replace real food, (as Rich Piana always used to say!) but no damage will be done to my body, right? After all, it’s a meal replacement, and I’m subsisting it with a balanced diet. I’ve noticed I’m feeling a lot better in myself, and less bloated.

Anyone else got any experience with eating with braces etc? Thought it would be worth mentioning overall currently my goals are too shred, sat at around 13-14% BF, feeling quite strong. 18 Y/O, natty, possibly looking at being enchanted at some point in my twenties depending on how my diets going and how well I can prepare.

Thanks guys
