240 and 15% body fat.
i am at a stalemate with my diet. i want to be gaining more muscle and bring that 15 % down a little.
i am at 300 g of protein a day and about 450 carbs. but i haven't gained a lb in months. (during the work season)
i was having like 50 grams of carbs with each meal until the last meal.
now layed off so a lot less activity... so in terms of lean bulking and increasing insulin sensitivity...
im looking at modified approach to increase insulin sensitivity?
im new to the diet kung fu.. but trained for a long long time.
NEW DIET ROUGH DRAFT:::
first 2 meals no carbs
pre workout.. 50 g protein,50 g starchy carb (potato)
intra workout 25 g in form of gummy bears
post 100g rice crispies 50 g protein
meal 5: 50 g protein 50 g carbs~rice.
last meas 6 oz lean steak
but this puts me at 300 protein and only 225 g carbs...
thoughts on this?? does this seem like it will be effective?
