at this point at 5'9'
240 and 15% body fat.
i am at a stale mate with my diet. i want to be gaining more muscle and bring that 15 % down a little.
i am at 300 g of preteen a day and about 450 carbs. but i haven't gained a lb in months.
i was having like 50 grams of carbs with each meal until the last meal.
so im looking at modified approach to increase insulin sensitivity?
first 2 meals no carbs
pre workout.. 50 g protien,50 g starchy carb (potato)
intra workout 25 g in form of gummy bears
post 100g rice crispies 50 g protien
meal 5: 50 g mrotien 50 g carbs~rice.
last meas 6 oz lean steak
but this puts me at 300 protien and only 225 g carbs...
thoughts on this?? does this seem like it will be effective?
