I feel like sometimes when i'm very stressed, training hard, not sleeping as muchas usual i actually end up looking worse, my face seems dull, looks like i gained a bit of weight but i know it's impossible as you cant gain that much weight to look different in 1 week but does this happen to anyone else?
i'm thinking maybe high cortisol = look puffy bloated in the face/body?
