Hello, can you help me ? I train fullbody 3x per week, 2x per week some cardio, but mostly not very active person, i feel ok, but i i met some ppl that are also exercising and they told me, that supplementing magnesium is a must have. I eat plenty of really clean foods, i looked on some nutrient foods and i find out that i eat plenty of vegetables,beans,almonds etc. with plenty of magnesium, but nowhere of 500mg/day i think. I have quality multivitamin, but theres only 125mg , so my question, do i really need to supplement it ? Thanks
