Hi everyone,
I’ve been bulking for about a month making sure my weight is going up which it is about 1 pound a week or two, But I’m not seeing much results. My body looks the exact same from week 1. is this normal or I’m I doing something wrong? I workout 5 times a week pushing myself and Upping the weights. I do try to eat healthy every meal and I do track my calories. I do have a physical demanding job (gardening) which probably doesn’t help but I do still try hitting one body part a week. If someone could point me in the right direction and give me some pointers that would be great
