Bloat issue

Hey

just wanted to post this and see what opinions I get. My diet is largely unchanged in that this stomach bloat issue is relatively new

I have added in sugar free carbonated energy drinks pre work out and have noticed when I'm done with a heavy session like today my stomach has swollen alot.

The only difference here in the past 6months is the energy drinks, I have them at no other points so I'm thinking it's this, I have also read that heavy breathing = swallowing air is also a thing ?
