How long can I keep eating spaghetti / bolognaise sauce?

So I cooked it on Monday evening and it has been in the fridge (not freezer) since then. Can I still eat the rest today / tomorrow morning or would you discard it? How fast does bacteria grow on something like that? Re-heat or not?

How about chicken breast? Cooked on Tuesday, still good to eat on Friday? Re-heat or not?
