I am 29 and have been fairly fit most my life, however over the last couple of years I have just crashed and gained so much fat it's unreal.
I have just lost all motivation. I can train solidly and eat clean for around 1 - 2 weeks and then I'm just not interested in training anymore and nose dive off the band wagon.
Anyone done the same for the past or have any advice.? it's shocking to see the difference now.
