Hey everyone,
As the title states, I have been feeling fatigued and tired for quite a while, skipping gym often, waking up tired and my muscles just feeling so tired, if that makes sense lol. I have taken deload weeks, even took months off. I am looking to get my bloodowork done, to see If i am maybe deficient in some thing, is there some specific things i should look for? Or do you guys have any suggestions to help? A bit more background, I am cutting now, but have been feeling this way even when i was eating plenty of calories.
