Am I at my natural limit?

Hello, so I am 19 years old and I’ve been lifting since I was 16. When I started, I was 140lbs and not I am 197. I’ve been doing bulk and cuts ever since then but now no matter how much I eat, I can’t seem to gain anymore weight/muscle. Being 19 years old, I figured I have a good ways before I reach my genetic potential but it seems I’ve came to a stop. I really would prefer to not start steroids considering how young I am, but I also don’t want to be lifting/dieting and remaining at the 195-200lb range for the next 5 years. So at 19 years old, am I at my genetic potential or am I doing something wrong? Stats below

Height: 6’2
BF: 11%
