I'm fairly new to working out. Been hitting the gym for about 3 months now. I've always been really skinny my entire life. If I don't workout and just eat whenever I'm hungry I only weigh about 135-140lb being 5'11. Since I started 3 months ago I've gained 10-12lb I'm now right around 152lb and have noticed very good strength gains. But I'm noticing I'm growing a belly and some man boobs, when I flex I know it's hard underneath and when it's very cold inside the house my chest looks ok but when it's warm or hot they are a little saggy. I know it's fairly normal to gain fat and honestly I don't have the best diet. I focus on just getting my protein in (135-150 grams) per day but the rest I don't count macros, but I do focus on getting tight around 2800 calories per day. So am I eating too much since I've only gained 10-12lb in 3 months but getting a belly? And I am 29 years old not 49 not sure where that came from lol
