Been on IF a while decided to switch it up to OMAD + Keto for health and energy benefits also time convenience due to hectic schedule.
Go and lift at 6pm eat at 8:30 pm (OMAD).
My current meal:
1 scoop creatine post workout (break fast with this)
6 whole eggs + cayenne pepper sour cream
1 boiled chicken breast/1 cut of beef
raw spinach/lettuce/cherry tomato salad (mixed alternate days) with olive oil and apple cider
3 fish oil tablets
1 multivitamin tablet + 1 vitamin C 1000mg tablet
fruit (2 apples/2 grapefruits or other berries depending on the day)
Is this alright to hit daily protein growth to support muscle gains and will it cover all nutritional needs? Are they any changes I should make to the diet? Thanks guys.
