I have a question about a bloating problem that I have:
—Everyday I wake up with a moderately lean belly and visible abs.
—However, immediately after I poop I started to get bloated, my abs completely disappear, and I look like complete ****.
Shouldn't this be the other way around? Shouldn't you wake up looking slightly bloated and then look leaner after a bowel movement?
Notes: I'm currently healing from gut problems caused by a hypertonic pelvic tilt so it's obvious that I'm going to still have some bloating problems. But why only after a bowel movement? It doesn't make sense and I haven't found examples similar to mines anywhere on the internet.
