Protein For Gaining Weight?

I recently started taking a Protein supplement in hopes it will help me start to gain weight, My current weight is 116 lbs and im 5'7 im wondering how much calories matter when I am taking this supplement. Right now I am taking 1 serving (30g) of protein powder and mixing it with 2 cups of chocolate milk daily. Starting tomorrow I've decided to double that so instead I will be drinking that twice a day to total 60g hoping that will speed up weight gain. I dont track my calories but I make my meals accordingly.

Im eating meats and other sources throughout the day the supplement is just to add onto that.
I aim for 3000 ish calories a day, how much protein should I be aiming for? Is 60g in supplements enough for my current weight? Will I even see a increase in size/weight from this supplement?
