Right now I have a container of blueberries in my fridge and was wondering if it’s better to consume a little per day or just eat them all in one sitting?
Does it make a difference in terms of digestion, can you overload your system where it won’t process the food as efficiently and therefore you would be losing out on nutrients.
I can easily eat a whole container of blueberries in one sitting but it would also be pretty costly if I were buying a new container of blueberries everyday, also I can’t see any significant increase in health benefits from over eating blueberries.
From my understanding your body takes what it needs and discards the rest, good or bad. It’s not going to hold onto your food until a specific nutrient in your system drops and than start processing the food, so by eating all the blueberries in one sitting instead of spacing them out, you could be essentially just throwing money away or just eating for the pleasure of it.
