So I'm trying to get back in shape, and I'm looking for a diet related question.
Weight: 287lbs / Body Fat%: 38.4 / Age: 23
I also have hypothyroidism.
I currently have a meal plan set to 2000 calories, lifting for maybe an hour six days a week. The problem is, I'm not eating a majority of those calories. I'm eating about 782 calories. I feel fine after a few days, and I'm wondering if I should try to aim to eat all the calories. I'm also intermittent fasting so I don't want to eat all the meals I have in such a short time window.
