Need advice on how to reach goal

Hi, I’m looking to bulk, I am M, 5’4, 21, 147lbs. I need about 2700-3000 calories and about 150g of protein per day and I need help reaching it. My schedule really sucks because I work 2nd shift from 2pm to 11pm, workout from 11pm to 1am because I have to pickup my wife, she works from 3pm to 1am. I usually get home and try to sleep right away when I get home around 2am to get at least 8hrs of sleep, wake up around 10-11am then repeat the process 5 days a week. The thing is I’m planning to drink a shake which is around 1000 calories consisting of around 50g P, 104g C, and 58g F, before going to work. Now the thing is I can only eat once at work which is around 5pm and I only have 10-15 mins to eat. (20 min break). And then the rest of the time I work until 11pm. How do I hit my caloric and protein goal per day? Would it be reliable to drink the shake twice a day, morning before work and night after workout and try to get 700-1000 calories during a 10-15 min lunch break? How do I get that much calories while also trying to get 50g of protein in that short amount of time? I’m really stuck on what to do.
