Hi guys i have a problem that's really affecting my life. I seem to get MENTALLY fatigued very easily. I work an office job where i need to concnetrate and some days i feel like my concentration completely goes out the window.
I'm not sue if this is a diet or sleep issue. I'm pretty sure my diet is good as i'm bulking and putting on weght. I usually train at night 730pm till 9pm not too late.
However i've always been a poor sleeper. I mean i sleep 5-6 hours sometimes 7 which isn't too bad but it seems to catch up to me and by the end of the week my head feels so tired and heavy.
Is this a diet or sleep issue? what can i do? should i s top going to the gym?
