Hey everyone,
I've attempted to start putting on some pounds. So I've been eating more and working out more consistently and I've already seen a little difference in about a month. Problem is, I'm having to force myself to eat even when I'm not hungry. Not to a nauseating level, but extra small meals which are actually kind of boring. I'm also having to go number 2 more often. My question is, is this an ideal situation where I can skip the extra meals and just drink protein powder?
I used to take it when I was going to the gym more frequently, but I never drank more than one of those little cups a day. I was recently working with someone who drinks 3 of them a day. I thought that was unhealthy.
Anyway, can skip the extra food and just supplement with protein powder? Is 3 of those little cups a day too much?
