Need help bulking
Hello everyone,
So I’m 21, male, 5’10, 161lbs and 13% body fat.
I’m a student so I barely get any activity every days but I go to gym early in the mornings.
Right now I’m lifting heavy, 5sets of 6-7reps, around 6-7 exercises a day including supersets and dropsets. 15mins low intensity cardio 4 times a week and I go to the gym 6 days a week.
I drink 118 oz of water a day and get 10hours if sleep. I eat my body weight in protein. My carbs are mostly veggies and whole carbs. My fat intake is 80% good fats.
My maintenance from what I’ve experienced is around 2400 calories.
So right now I’m trying to clean bulk so last few weeks I slowly added more calories and right now it’s been 10 days that I’m eating 3000 calories and I’m not taking even one gram.
4 weeks ago I started with 2700 then 2850 then now 3000. And still no weight change nor physical change. Right now I’m gonna eat more once again but my question is: why is there no difference when I eat 2500 or 3000 calories?
