I'm talking sinus infection/head cold. how does it play a role in muscle building/recovery?
had a pretty crappy sinus infection for a week, but diet hasn't changed (just can't taste **** lol), neither has training, maybe just up a little more at night but sleep is still okay. does being sick really have that much of an effect if you keep these things in check?
