I don't take in enough fats so when I started a lean bulk a couple weeks ago, I wanted to up my fat intake. I used to do avocados for my fats but stumbled upon these little gems

Much more fun than avocado and tastes a helluvalot better
Question is, and I'm asking here because I respect the knowledge here far greater than google, is there a difference in the type of fat from each?
Is one a healthier fat than the other? A better choice? Any difference?
I'm guessing the avocado but this thread shows my fat knowledge....
