1250 Cal on a cut/shred bad or normal? noobie

Hey Guys whats going on? I am hoping I could get some help its my first time cutting. A little backstory on why i am at 1250 kcal.I used to lift never took nutrition seriously but now do calisthenics and Hiit workouts for boxing, bjj. My workouts are about 30-40 minutes. Some days are more intense then others id say I burn probably about 250-350 kcal depending on the day. All my weigh ins are in the am first thing when i wake up about 9 am before meals. Sedentary job and I play video games when i relax and even when i go out its sitting at a bar or sitting in my friends car smoking or driving somewhere. I am 5'6 and 21.

Starting 162 lb
192g protein
162g carb
40 fat
1750kcal

158 lbs ( stalled here for about two weeks so i decided to go lower)
These are estimates
170g protein
140g carb
35g fat
1550kcal

154 lbs (again same thing happened I stalled) This time i gave it more time about 2 and a half weeks but i barely fluctuated between 154 and 153 thought about adding more to my workout but i am already gasping at the end of my sessions)

I am eating now about
140g protein
100-110 g carbs
and my fats are really low maybe 20-25g fats
1250 kcal

I am not miserable or even moody and rarely hungry maybe only at the late night after 10 pm or so

I broke my goal weight of 150 last night
but i want to continue down to about 140

my question is if those macros are normal for someone my weight and size with my goal in mind or am I going about this wrong? and what should i do if i stall again?
