I am a slender guy with an ectomorph body type, looking to build muscle but I'm having trouble finding foods for my meal plan that satisfy my food restrictions. I am generally not a big eater (I know I'm going to have to eat more), and have breakfast, lunch, and dinner planned, but cannot eat gluten, nuts, or dairy and need to add more snacks to satisfy my calorie goal. Any adivce and suggestions that anyone can provide will be beneficial.
