Hey I was looking for a new protein powder to use, and saw vegan protein powder.
But I feel like the research is a bit small on it. for example the ones I could find didn't have bcaa in them, and was high in carbs but really low in sugar. While "normal" powder mostly is low in carbs and a bit high in sugar 3.3g pr. scoop at least.
So does anyone have experience with vegan protein powder? And if yes, do you use bcaa besides the protein?
