Someone maybe clarify me this?

Lets say this one person wants to bulk, hes eating 2500 calories a day, but he has two options:

a) He eats 150g of protein, 90g of fats, 272g of carbs

b) He eats 150g of protein, 155g of fats, 100g of carbs

His body changes are gonna be the same? , i mean, both options are still 2500 and are meeting his minimum of protein and fats, so, it doesnt make a difference?
