Nutrition Advice for ELIMINATION DIET

Hey guys,

I am currently doing an Elimination Diet to spot any food sensitivities, and ultimately find a diet which works best for me. While this has been eye-opening so far, it's also VERY restrictive.

The easiest way without my writing an essay to think about the diet is similar to Paleo. One of the main issues I've found is with hitting my macros; particularly Carbs & Protein (2 pretty important macros)...!

Vegan protein shakes, particularly in the morning make me feel sick, and most carbs (all gluten-containing grains, dairy, corn, nuts and soya are out)

I was wondering if anyone has advice on recipes / general ways of eating for people who are following a diet similar to Paleo / Keto?

Are Carbs really that important or can they be substituted for Fats?
