So rn it’s February and I haven’t been consistently working out since last year in March. Along with this I’ve generally been living the unhealthiest I’ve ever been (fast food 4-5 times a week most weeks, sleeping irregularly, stressing from time to time, and also not exercising) and I wondered what my total health looked like along with my test levels. I planned to get back into working out again and I’m about 11-12% bf so I wondered if I’d have to boost my test levels by living a lot healthier like I used to so bulking would be easier. My levels came back at:
Total test: 806 ng/dL (among a range of 264-916 ng/dL for non obese 19-39 year olds at my lab)
Free test: 21 pg/ml ( range was 9.3-26.5 pg/ml for the same age group as above)
I’m 21 rn and I used to live extremely healthy and eat all the right foods and used to be super motivated since I wanted to play pro basketball at one point from about age 8-19 and in my teenage years from about 13-18 I would wake up consistently at 5:30 to practice and workout. Could my test levels be +1000 ng/dL if I clean up my diet and start working out normally and get everything back on track? And do test levels even have a difference for gains if it’s still within the natural range of normal levels? Thanks for reading and this is my first post so how do I post attachments so I could post my lab results and what i typically look like without any exercise and bad diet.
