Hey i have a question. Im cutting, so i decided to go on high protein diet to preserve muscle loss and maybe even build some muscle. I must have a lot of protein and protein powder is one one the cheapest for me. I know its "just protein" without vitamins and minerals etc. i have plenty of meat,eggs,beans etc. so its not problem, but i always had like 1 scoop of protein powder, do you think that is safe to have like 3 scoops daily ? (around 60g of protein from powder). Thanks
