How can I lean bulk?

Hey guys.

I’m 15 years old, been training for a year.


I’m currently 170lb and 6ft tall.


However I wish to gain another 15-20 lbs by August.


Any tips on how I can do this without gaining too much fat.


(Of course I’ll gain at least a little but how can I put on mass while staying as lean as possible)

Any feed back appreciated.
