It honestly feels too good to be true.
I’ve been cutting on 1,750 cals to lose 1lbs a week. I’m switching gears and am now trying to gain .5 pounds a week and MyFitnessPal is saying I should eat 2,500 cals a day. I’m honestly surprised by that amount of food. I’m so used to feeling like I’m starving every day and feeling light headed. I honestly feel like it’s too MUCH food. I don’t want to get fat.
I weigh myself once a week. How can I know if I’m gaining fat, or water weight? How to know if I should knock the amount of cals I’m eating?
