Pre-workout food

I'm looking for some suggestions on something small and light to eat before a workout.

A little background first....I do my workouts as soon as I get up and before I go to work. So I aim to be in our workout area in our basement by 4/4:15 am every morning. I also have a pre-workout supplement drink that I take before going down and then I also fill my 34 oz water bottle with my BCAA/Creatine combo that I start drinking during my workout and finish up after. I also drink my protein shake (a.k.a. my breakfast) after my workout, as I'm getting ready for work.

So obviously, I'm working out on an empty stomach and I'm noticing some stomach/digestive issues in the morning. I also lean towards hypoglycemia so that could be a factor as well. So I want to try to eat a small something that it pretty much grab and eat as I'm pretty strapped for time/rushed in the mornings.

Any suggestions on what to try? Bonus if it's gluten free (I'm Celiac) but not necessarily a requirement as I'm familiar with many swaps. 😊
