I’ve never really posted here, so thought best to start on one of the nutrition sections since I’m looking for a program to get bigger.
I started working out back in early April and had never picked up a weight in my life. I weighed around 95-102lbs and wanted to improve my body, but my metabolism has made it difficult to get bigger. I’ve made significant progress in strength, going from dropping the 45lb barbell on myself when starting out, to getting a 160lb bench.
The question is how do I keep putting on weight while working out? I’ve watched a lot if videos on the subject, but I thought it best to go to the community.
Note: I’m wanting to bulk up to 150 or 160 and I currently weigh around 127-130.
